Examples of our work
Heavy welded fabrication
Frames, platforms and steel assemblies manufactured to drawing
We manufacture one-off and low-volume structures in carbon steel and stainless steel: machine frames, support structures, industrial platforms and other large welded assemblies. This also includes projects for the food industry to customer documentation. Welding can be combined with datum machining, surface finishing, assembly and transport.
Typical projects
Structures for production and plant infrastructure
Machine frames
Welded base structures prepared for machining of mounting surfaces and final assembly.
Industrial platforms
Access structures, platforms and support assemblies manufactured to customer documentation.
Support structures
Frames and supports for equipment, installations and production line components.
Special and stainless-steel assemblies
One-off structures in carbon steel or stainless steel with unusual geometry and an agreed finishing scope.
Stainless steel
Structures and components for the food industry
We manufacture stainless-steel structures, platforms, frames, guards, machine components and production tooling to customer documentation. Material grade, surface requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project.
- projects for food production and processing plants
- frames, platforms, guards and support structures
- machine components and production tooling
- TIG welding and machining of stainless-steel components
- material grade and surface requirements to customer documentation
- 3.1 material certificates and inspection scope by agreement
Manufacturing chain
From material preparation to the finished structure
Cutting and preparation
Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, sawing and profile preparation for welding.
Welding
MIG/MAG/TIG, controlled sequence and preparation for subsequent operations.
Machining and finishing
Datum machining after welding, shot blasting and industrial painting.
Assembly and logistics
Assembly, protection, transport and installation at the destination.
Project delivery
In-house resources supported by a broad partner network
Our own processes are complemented by established partners, allowing the manufacturing route to be matched to size, machining requirements and schedule.
- team of welders, CNC operators and technologists
- in-house lathe, milling machine and cutting equipment
- 3 t and 5 t forklifts
- truck of approximately 9 t and a van
- coordination of additional CNC machining and measurement
- installation and commissioning in Poland and across the EU
Overall dimensions
Maximum size is assessed together with the logistics plan
For large structures, transport, access to the installation area and lifting equipment are often the key constraints. Feasibility is confirmed after review of geometry, weight and the delivery route.
How components are made
