Industries

Mechanical manufacturing for demanding industrial sectors

We manufacture tooling, welded structures and machined components to documentation supplied by OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, automation integrators, engineering offices and toolmakers.

Sectors

Manufacturing capability transferable across industries

The common foundation is customer documentation, agreed acceptance criteria and clear responsibility for the mechanical manufacturing scope.

Rail and rolling stock

Rail manufacturing tooling supports defined geometry, repeatable location and access to joining points. Fritech provides mechanical manufacture to customer documentation, from components and welded structures to fixture assembly. Measurement points, acceptance, material traceability and required qualifications are agreed before the order is accepted.

Automotive and commercial vehicles

We manufacture mechanical station components and tooling for component suppliers and integrators. Datum points, fits, mounting interfaces and mechanical trials are defined together. The structural supply is clearly separated from PLC programming, electrical installation and assessment of the complete machine’s safety.

Food industry and stainless steel

Material grade, surface condition, cleaning access and operating conditions are central to the specification. Weld, edge and surface requirements are agreed before manufacture. For food-contact applications, material requirements and documentation are defined for the specific use; stainless steel alone does not establish hygienic compliance.

Machinery and general industry

We combine component preparation, welding, machining and surface finishing into an agreed manufacturing route. Our own machinery is complemented by established partners for large-component CNC machining. We review weight, dimensions, tolerances, loads stated in the documentation and transport requirements when preparing the quotation.

Construction and modular solutions

We manufacture frames, support structures, platforms and components for buildings and modules to agreed documentation. The supply can cover a steel frame or a wider module fit-out. Structural design, loads, surface protection, installation conditions and responsibility for services and approvals are established before manufacture.

Common standard

Different industry, the same structured delivery process

Sector requirements vary, but preparation and execution remain controlled and transparent.

  • review of the current documentation revision and delivery scope
  • agreement of materials, tolerances, datums and acceptance criteria
  • technology for welding, machining, assembly and surface protection
  • in-process checks and final dimensional inspection
  • material and measurement records within the agreed scope
  • logistics, on-site installation and commissioning support in the EU

How we qualify a first project in a new industry

We do not automatically transfer assumptions from another market. First, we confirm the requirements of the specific customer and product.

01

Requirements

Review of customer specifications, standards, materials, records and confidentiality constraints.

02

Technology

Confirmation of the manufacturing route, in-house resources and required partner operations.

03

First article

Agreement of inspections, measurement points, acceptance gates and any first-article requirements.

04

Repeatability

Once the first delivery is approved, we establish a stable model for repeat orders.

Customer requirements

Standards and qualifications are confirmed before order acceptance

We do not claim blanket compliance with every industry standard. Required certificates, qualifications, tests and records are reviewed during the enquiry stage and stated in the quotation.
