Information that supports a fast and reliable quotation
Not every project requires every file, but the following package significantly reduces follow-up questions.
- 3D model and current 2D drawings with revision status
- bill of materials and required material grades
- scope: parts, welding, machining, assembly, measurement, coating and transport
- quantity, required date and delivery or commissioning location
- tolerances, datums, measurement points and acceptance criteria
- required quality documents, reports and confidentiality restrictions
