Production processes at one location.
Sheet and profile cutting
In-house oxyfuel cutting table 2000 × 3000 mm and plasma table 1500 × 3000 mm. We agree materials, thicknesses and machining allowances after reviewing the drawings.
Welding and assembly
Five welding stations and MIG, MAG and TIG processes. Assembly sequence, datums and inspections are selected to suit the structure and acceptance requirements.
Machining and finishing
Our own lathe, milling machine, shot-blasting facility for parts up to 12 m long and spray-painting facility. Large-component CNC machining is provided through established partners.
Delivery of finished parts
In-house transport with a payload of up to 9 t. Dimensions, weight, load securing and unloading arrangements are agreed before dispatch.
