About Us

FRITECH PRODUCTION RESOURCES

Plant production capabilities

We manufacture tooling, structures and components primarily to customer documentation. Our cutting, welding and machining stations are complemented by assembly and transport. Selected operations are supported by established manufacturing partners.

Steel cutting

We prepare parts for further machining, welding and assembly. The cutting process is selected to suit the material, thickness and drawing requirements.

Transport and material handling

Our resources support material handling, kitting and transport of manufactured components. Deliveries and on-site assembly are agreed together with the production scope.

A flexible manufacturing team with production-tooling experience

We combine in-house welding, machining, assembly and logistics with a broad network of proven partners. This allows us to deliver one-off and low-volume projects across several processes.

Operating model

In-house resources and cooperation managed as one project

01

In-house manufacturing

MIG/MAG/TIG welding, part preparation, turning, milling, assembly and logistics.

02

Technical team

Welders, CNC operators and technologists supporting process preparation and execution.

03

Partner network

Long-standing relationships with companies providing additional machines, measurement and manufacturing capacity.

04

Single responsibility

Coordination of the agreed scope from documentation review through delivery and commissioning.

Resources

Capacity for one-off work and large welded structures

Practical project size is determined mainly by process, safe transport and acceptance conditions rather than a single catalogue machine dimension.

  • MIG/MAG/TIG welding and approximately 50 t of welded structures per month
  • in-house lathe and milling machine plus machining of faces after welding
  • plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, saw cutting and profile preparation
  • shot blasting of parts up to approximately 12 m long
  • industrial paint-shop area of approximately 300 m²
  • 3 t and 5 t forklifts, truck and van

How we work

Short decision path and direct technical contact

01

One point of contact

Enquiry, documentation and commercial arrangements are coordinated without a multi-level corporate structure.

02

Fast review

We check data completeness and the feasible manufacturing scope before preparing the quotation.

03

Flexible delivery

The order may cover one process, a complete tool or a broader manufacturing package.

04

Acceptance and support

Measurement, delivery, on-site installation and mechanical commissioning are agreed with the customer.
