Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Fritech sp. z o.o. processes data relating to people who contact us through the website, by email, by telephone or through the technical enquiry form.

2. Data we process
We may process identification and contact data, company and job details, correspondence, project scope and timing information, and technical files voluntarily submitted by the user.
For website security, we may also process basic technical data such as IP address, connection date and time, browser information and events used to protect the form against abuse.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- handling enquiries, reviewing documentation, preparing quotations and taking steps before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- correspondence, website security, abuse prevention and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- compliance with legal, tax, accounting or documentation obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- activities that may require separate consent in the future — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Enquiry form and technical documentation
Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked as required are necessary to record and handle the enquiry.
Do not submit personal data that is not needed for project assessment. Before sending confidential documentation, you may request an NDA and agree a secure method for transferring larger files.
Files uploaded through the form are stored in a protected server area and can be accessed only by authorised website administrators.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by hosting, email, IT, security and backup providers and by organisations supporting Fritech with legal, accounting or technical services. Vetted cooperation partners receive information only where necessary to assess or carry out a project and subject to confidentiality requirements.
Personal data is not sold.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer occurs, legally required safeguards are used, in particular an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Data is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and business discussions and then for as long as necessary to evidence the communications, comply with legal obligations and until relevant limitation periods for potential claims have expired.
Technical documentation may be deleted earlier after the review, transferred into a project system or retained for a period agreed with the customer.
8. Your rights
- access to personal data and a copy of it;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure where the legal conditions are met;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability in cases provided by law;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdrawal of consent at any time where processing relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
9. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or with the competent supervisory authority in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
10. Automated decisions
Data submitted through the enquiry process is not used for decisions based solely on automated processing or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Cookies and technical data
The website may use technically necessary cookies or similar mechanisms required for operation, security, language selection and storage of settings. Analytics or marketing tools requiring consent will not be activated without appropriate information and a genuine choice mechanism.
