Our machines and production facilities
Fritech production resources
Processes combined into one controlled supply chain
Fritech combines in-house manufacturing resources with a long-established network of proven partners. We work with carbon steel and stainless steel, including projects for the food industry. This allows projects to be coordinated from material preparation through welding, machining, assembly and inspection to surface finishing and logistics.
In-house processes
Key technologies available at Fritech
Cutting and preparation
- plasma 1500 × 3000 mm
- oxy-fuel cutting 2000 × 6000 mm
- steel saw and CNC profile cutting

Capacity figures must be related to the specific project
Partner network
Additional capacity with one responsible point of contact
Where a project requires extra machining, measurement or a specialist process, we use a partner base developed over many years. Fritech remains responsible for coordinating the agreed scope.
- additional CNC machines selected for component size
- specialist measurement of large structures
- supplementary welding capacity
- organisation of materials and 3.1 certificates
- coordination of schedules between processes
- one commercial and technical point of contact
Feasibility review
We review the complete process chain before quoting
Machine envelope, weight, workholding, tolerances, coating, inspection and transport are assessed together. This produces a realistic scope, lead time and acceptance route rather than a quotation for one isolated operation.
How components are made
