Frames — examples of our work
FRITECH / Container frames and complete modules
A solid frame. Space for possibilities.
Steel frames for containers, modular homes and hotels. From the load-bearing structure to a complete module with agreed enclosure and finishes — built to documentation and a clearly defined scope.

Floor and roof frames
Base members, beams, cross-members, corners and connection points manufactured to the design. Measurement datums, tolerances and the sequence of subsequent construction are agreed in advance.
Three-dimensional container frames
Welded load-bearing structures for functional modules. Openings, reinforcements and interfaces follow the coordinated design and the transport and installation method.
Modules for homes
Structures prepared for the agreed floor, wall and roof build-up. Insulation, windows, doors, services and finishing are defined in the project-specific quotation.
Hotel modules and repeat batches
Structures and modules in an agreed repeatable configuration. The first unit confirms dimensions, interfaces and the acceptance standard before further production.
Complete modules
Enclosure and finishing can also form part of our quotation. In-house and partner work, equipment and responsibility for services are defined before an order is placed.
Finishing and transport
Surface preparation, painting and completion as agreed. Lifting points, transport supports, securing and unloading arrangements must be covered by the design.
From documentation to acceptance.
Documentation
Drawings, intended use, dimensions, quantity, installation location and required delivery scope.
Scope agreement
Materials, structural requirements, allocation of responsibilities, finishes and inspection plan.
Manufacturing
Cutting, preparation, welding, geometry checks and agreed assembly work.
Acceptance and delivery
Measurements and documentation to the agreed scope, securing and transport planning.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order just a frame?
Yes. The scope can cover a single frame, a set of structures or a complete module to an agreed specification.
Can modules be stacked?
Only where supported by the design and structural calculations. We do not specify storey counts or load capacity without documentation.
Is the frame a shipping container?
A modular-building frame is not automatically a certified shipping container. Transport requirements and any certification must be agreed separately.
What do you need for a quotation?
Documentation, module quantity, enclosure and services scope, required date and delivery location. Missing assumptions are agreed before quotation.
