Geometric inspection

We manufacture mechanical checking fixtures, measurement frames and locating elements to customer documentation. The scope may include component manufacture, assembly, adjustment, final measurement and a report prepared by Fritech or an established measurement partner.

Measurement matched to the size and project requirements
Basic checks are carried out using standard workshop instruments. For more complex geometry we arrange measurement through a long-established industry specialist.

Acceptance criteria
Tolerances are assigned to specific features
We do not claim one overall accuracy for an entire fixture. Requirements are reviewed for individual datums, holes, surfaces and geometric relationships.
Quality documentation
Dimensional inspection can be combined with material records
For agreed projects we can supply material documentation, 3.1 certificates and a measurement report. The required documentation package should be stated in the enquiry.
Geometry and dimensional inspection
Visualisations of measuring-arm and GOM-type optical 3D inspection using the workshop as a backdrop. Method, equipment availability and reporting scope are confirmed per project.
