Examples of our work
Photographs of manufactured components. Scope and requirements are agreed against the project documentation.
Assembly and positioning
Repeatable part location through successive assembly stages
We manufacture mechanical stations and fixtures for assembling subassemblies, locating components relative to each other and guiding assembly operations. We work from customer documentation and deliver the tool assembled, adjusted and prepared for acceptance.
Fixture functions
Mechanical design aligned with the assembly sequence
Datums
Unambiguous reference and support points defined by the product documentation.
Positioning
Aligning components before joining, fastening or further processing.
Clamping
Mechanical clamps, stops and change modules suited to the operation sequence.
Checking
Inspection points to confirm geometry before releasing the assembly.
Manufacturing scope
A complete mechanical station ready for production
Within the agreed scope we combine welded fabrication, machined parts, standard components and final adjustment.
- station frame and supporting structure
- base plates, supports and locating elements
- mechanical clamps and change modules
- machining of mounting surfaces after welding
- assembly, adjustment and position checks
- painting, transport and on-site installation
Production data
Information needed to manufacture the fixture
Product model
Geometry of the parts and assembly, including the required datum scheme.
Assembly sequence
Part loading order, tool access and joining locations.
Station requirements
Interfaces, working heights, space and method of moving the component.
Acceptance criteria
Tolerances, inspection points, reference sample and required documentation.
How components are made
