Scope of supply

Industrial manufacturing from documentation to final acceptance

Fritech manufactures complete production tooling, carbon-steel and stainless-steel structures, and CNC-machined components to customer documentation. We also deliver projects for the food industry. Component preparation, welding, machining, assembly, inspection, surface finishing, transport and commissioning can be combined within one agreed scope.

Delivery model

One supplier responsible for the agreed mechanical scope

Our core model is build-to-print manufacturing. We work from documentation supplied by the customer or integrator and manufacture interfaces to robots, welding machines, rotators, positioners and production lines in accordance with the provided data.

  • scope review and manufacturing route definition
  • component production and welded fabrication
  • machining of datum surfaces and precision components
  • mechanical assembly, adjustment and dimensional checks
  • shot blasting, painting and preparation for shipment
  • transport, on-site installation and commissioning support

From enquiry to quotation

How to prepare a complete enquiry

The more complete the input package, the faster we can confirm the process, price and lead time.

01

Documentation

3D model, 2D drawings, bill of materials and current document revision.

02

Scope

State whether the enquiry covers parts, welding, machining, assembly, inspection, coating and transport.

03

Requirements

Tolerances, datum scheme, acceptance standard, quality documentation and measurement reports.

04

Lead time and quantity

Required delivery date, number of tools or batches, and delivery or commissioning location.

Scope boundary

Mechanical manufacture and commissioning rather than full automation integration

Fritech focuses on the mechanical manufacture of tooling and structures. Pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical installation, PLC controls and complete machine safety assessment are not part of the standard scope and require separate agreement with the customer or integrator.
