Stainless Steel & Food Industry

Build-to-print manufacturing

Stainless-steel components, structures and production tooling

We manufacture welded, machined and assembled stainless-steel components to customer documentation, including structures, platforms, guards, machine components and production tooling for food-production and food-processing plants. Material grade, surface requirements and acceptance documentation are agreed for each project.

Direct service area

Stainless-steel manufacturing for industry and food-sector plants

We deliver individual components and complete mechanical assemblies, primarily on a build-to-print basis.

01

Structures and frames

Welded load-bearing structures, machine frames, base frames and support assemblies in stainless steel.

02

Platforms, guards and enclosures

Industrial platforms, guards, enclosures and technical-infrastructure components manufactured to drawings.

03

Machine components and tooling

Machine parts, brackets, frames, assembly modules and production tooling for customer processes.

04

Machining and assembly

Turning, milling, datum machining after welding, mechanical assembly, adjustment and dimensional inspection.

Food industry

Mechanical supply scope for production and processing plants

We manufacture components and assemblies to customer drawings and material requirements. Direct food contact is not assumed automatically; it must be clearly specified in the documentation and confirmed in our quotation.

  • frames, platforms, support structures and guards
  • machine components and process-line modules
  • production and assembly tooling
  • TIG welding and preparation for further surface treatment
  • CNC machining of stainless-steel components
  • assembly, measurement, transport and mechanical commissioning

Manufacturing route

From material specification to acceptance

01

Documentation and material

3D model, drawings, stainless-steel grade, required certificates and material traceability.

02

Manufacturing

Cutting, preparation, welding, CNC machining and in-process inspection.

03

Surface finish

Grinding, pickling, passivation or other finishing processes are agreed per project and may be coordinated with specialist partners.

04

Acceptance and delivery

Dimensional inspection, quality documents, transport protection, installation and mechanical commissioning.

Information required for quotation

Parameters that should be defined in the enquiry

Material grade the exact grade and standard stated in the bill of materials and customer documentation
Surface requirement required appearance, finishing method, any roughness requirement and critical surface areas
Food contact identification of contact surfaces and any required declarations and acceptance procedures
Quality documentation 3.1 certificates, inspection reports, test scope and traceability agreed for the project

Important

Hygiene and conformity requirements are confirmed project by project

This page presents our stainless-steel manufacturing capability and our ability to serve food-industry projects. We do not automatically claim a particular grade, roughness, passivation process, hygiene certification or suitability for direct food contact unless it is explicitly specified in the documentation and confirmed in the quotation.
